EXCHANGES

 

1. Please email us at Leo@21degree.com.au with the subject line as below to initiate your exchange.

2. You must send the items back at your own expense within 14 days from the day you received your package. Please write your order # on the outside of the package. Your exchange will be processed once your exchange has been processed and approved. This may take up to 5 business days.

 

3. An additional freight charge of $15.00 will be incurred for the new exchange item to be sent out, a Remixx team member will contact you directly to process payment.

 

4. All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

· Merchandise must be exchanged and returned within 14 days of receipt.

 

· Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
